📋 Description

• Advising our clients on the implementation and continued development of SAP Sales and Service Cloud solutions • Analyzing and optimizing existing sales and service processes • Designing, configuring, and implementing SAP cloud solutions • Conducting workshops, training sessions, and enablement activities • Supporting the sales team with presales activities • Close collaboration with our delivery teams in Europe, the Americas, and India

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification • At least 5 years of experience in SAP consulting with a focus on SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud • Strong process understanding in sales, customer service, or field service • Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) • Practical experience in change management within SAP CX projects • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style • Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for teamwork • Excellent German and English skills
