📋 Description

• Gather and document business and system requirements • Collaborate with developers to ensure technical alignment • Lead QA and UAT testing cycles • Troubleshoot system and data-related issues • Recommend process and system improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in a BSA role, with 3+ years in P&C Insurance • Familiarity with policy administration and claims systems • Intermediate SQL skills • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills • Nice to Have: Experience with .NET (VB/C#) • Understanding of Excess & Surplus lines and rating methodologies
