📋 Description

• Complete audits for Property & Casualty insurance policies (Workers’ Compensation and General Liability). • Work directly with policyholders or their contacts via phone to obtain payroll and accounting records. • Accurately evaluate and apply correct classifications and exposure amounts. • Manage assignments provided through our web-based production system. • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction in all audit work.

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge & experience in conducting audits within Nexus platform (preferred) • Have Insurance, Accounting/Bookkeeping, Payroll or other related work experience • Have an associate or bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Accounting, Finance, Business or Bookkeeping • Experience of working directly with the public, preferably on the phones • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision • Well organized • Willing to work from home • Great customer service skills and the ability to communicate & comprehend both written and orally • Strong organization and time management skills • High School diploma or GED is required
