📋 Description

• Coordinate cross-functionally and with external partners to develop strategies for winning high-stakes, competitive procurements • Write, review, proofread, and edit comprehensive long-form proposal submissions to potential partners, such as state Departments of Transportation, transit agencies, and utility companies • Communicate Exodigo’s ability to address potential clients’ needs in the context of its technology and operational capabilities • Absorb complex specifications and distill them into easily digestible prose for potential clients • Contribute at multiple procurement stages, including bid evaluation, win strategy development, proposal generation, interviewing, and contract negotiation • Partner with sales, operations, legal, finance, and leadership to understand client challenges, align technical and operational strengths to client goals, and create persuasive narratives

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in proposal management or business development within infrastructure, transportation, utilities, or engineering sectors • Proven success leading formal procurement efforts, including overseeing proposal generation, client communication, interview preparation, and contract negotiation • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, compelling, and client-tailored content • Highly collaborative team player who leads by example, stepping up where needed and supporting others in achieving shared goals • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and use of sales operations and enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Enablix) • Bachelor’s degree in a liberal arts discipline (e.g., English, history) is preferred; advanced liberal arts or business degree is a plus
