📋 Description

• Serve as the primary customer service contact for internal and external customers following the execution of a requested quote • Coordinate approved quotes with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth, accurate handoff from pricing to execution • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries related to executed quotes in a timely, professional manner • Communicate quote status, changes, or issues to affected internal teams and external customers • Maintain accurate records of quote execution and post-quote customer interactions in the Pricing Database • Escalate unresolved customer service issues or recurring execution problems to management • Report to the Strategic Solutions Manager, Transportation Pricing & Quoting – The Americas

🎯 Requirements

• Strong attention to detail • Comfortable triaging a high volume of inbound requests • Clear, professional written and verbal communication • Working knowledge of Expeditors’ service offerings and team structures • Able to prioritize and process requests quickly without sacrificing accuracy • Comfortable working within a Pricing Database or quote intake system
