• Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and job requirements. • Create and post job advertisements, source and screen candidates, and coordinate interviews. • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates. • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including resume screening, interviewing, and extending job offers. • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring demands. • Foster a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely updates. • Maintain and update recruitment systems and records accurately. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to refine recruitment strategies. • Collaborate with hiring managers to deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment. • Strong ability to partner with business leaders and translate hiring needs into effective sourcing strategies. • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering a positive candidate experience. • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. • Knowledge of current recruiting trends, tools, and best practices. • High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality. • Must be based in the Philippines, with experience hiring locally to support building and scaling a regional team. • Amenable to working on a mid-shift schedule to align with regional/global teams (as asked in application).
