📋 Description
• Write, edit, and send email campaigns and newsletters • Plan, schedule, and publish social media content • Analyze email and social media performance data • Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain a content calendar • Review all content and creative assets for accuracy and brand compliance • Support event-related promotions • Help maintain marketing documentation and workflows
🎯 Requirements
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field • 1–3 years of experience in email marketing with some exposure to social media marketing • Strong email copywriting skills • Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Exceptional attention to detail • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 • Familiarity with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) • Basic HTML knowledge is an asset • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is an asset • Must reside and be authorized to work in USA
