📋 Description

• Develop and execute B2B marketing and lead generation strategies • Generate qualified leads through outbound, email, paid ads, funnels, and other channels • Create and improve marketing campaigns and messaging • Test different strategies and identify what works best • Track leads, conversions, and campaign performance • Work with Sales to improve lead quality and conversion • Use marketing tools, automation, and AI to improve efficiency • Work across multiple brands and marketing channels • Take ownership of growth projects from idea to execution • Work directly with the CEO and executive leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in marketing and lead generation • Comfortable working across different marketing channels • Hands-on and willing to build and execute campaigns • Analytical and understands basic marketing metrics • Resourceful and adaptable • Comfortable working independently • Focused on leads, pipeline, and revenue, not just likes and engagement • Experience in B2B Marketing, Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Lead Generation, Marketing Automation, or Email/Outbound Marketing is a plus • Experience with GoHighLevel, Instantly, Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, Semrush, CRM platforms, ChatGPT, or Claude is a plus, but not required • Availability during US Eastern (EST) business hours
