📋 Description

• Drive organic search growth and increase domain authority • Generate qualified inbound leads within the remote staffing and outsourcing space • Execute SEO strategy including keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical improvements • Create structured content briefs aligned with search intent • Track keyword rankings, traffic growth, and conversions

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on SEO experience • Proven track record of improving rankings and organic traffic • Strong knowledge of on-page, technical, and content SEO • Experience with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Search Atlas, Google Analytics • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills • Experience in B2B, staffing, outsourcing, or SaaS is a strong advantage • Ability to work independently and own growth metrics
