• Serás el primer nivel de soporte para talleres y concesionarios cuando tengan dudas o problemas técnicos con vehículos en circulación. • Atenderás llamadas y guiarás paso a paso al reparador usando manuales, documentación técnica y procedimientos internos. • Tu objetivo: ayudar a que el taller solucione el fallo rápido y correctamente, transmitiendo la información de forma clara y comprensible.
🎯 Requirements
• Formación Profesional relacionada con automoción (mecánica, electromecánica, etc.). • Ganas de aprender y desarrollarte en entornos técnicos. • Capacidad para comprender manuales técnicos y seguir procedimientos. • Buena comunicación para explicar instrucciones de forma clara y ordenada. • Se valorará experiencia en talleres o concesionarios, aunque no es imprescindible si tienes conocimientos generales de reparación y diagnóstico y predisposición para aprender.
