📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to drive our customer acquisition efforts. • The ideal candidate has a strong background in prospecting, qualifying leads, and using various digital marketing and outreach techniques to generate high-quality leads. • You are analytical, proactive, and have a keen ability to identify potential clients while maintaining accurate records of outreach and engagement. • Experience with CRM tools and lead management platforms is essential for success in this role. • As the Lead Generation Specialist, you will provide excellence by: Conducting research to identify potential leads and target markets. • Generating high-quality leads through various channels, including email outreach, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. • Qualifying leads and passing them to the sales team for further engagement. • Using CRM systems to track, manage, and nurture leads effectively. • Developing and testing different lead generation strategies to maximize conversion rates. • Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with business objectives. • Conducting outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. • Monitoring and analyzing the performance of lead generation campaigns and making necessary adjustments. • Keeping up with industry trends and best practices in lead generation and customer acquisition. • Providing regular reports and insights on lead generation performance to stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or sales-related roles. • Strong experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools. • A deep understanding of prospecting techniques and customer outreach strategies. • Proven ability to generate high-quality leads through digital channels. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with potential clients effectively. • Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and optimize strategies. • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Must currently reside in the Philippines.
