📋 Description

• Provide post-sales architecture support as a Field Architect for Enterprise customers • Develop advanced GUIs • Develop advanced Trigger Scripts • Develop external REST API scripts • Apply networking and application design knowledge • Develop and implement cloud network designs in AWS, Azure, and GCP • Work with SOC and Incident Response Teams on workflows using network data to decrease Mean-time-to-Respond • Develop custom tools using Python and JavaScript-based APIs to extend the ExtraHop platform • Develop customized real-time data analysis • Create data visualizations for tactical investigations and strategic objectives • Create automated tools to streamline repeatable processes • Conduct hands-on learning sessions with key customer personnel

🎯 Requirements

• 6-8 years of relevant experience • BS degree or equivalent • Experience in customer-facing positions • Excellent interpersonal skills • Strong understanding of Network Detection technologies • Background in packet analysis • Understanding of core networking principles (layers 2 through 4 of the OSI model) • Understanding of application protocols: HTTP, SQL, CIFS/NFS, HL7, Memcache, DNS • Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, GCP, and Azure • Experience with scripting languages such as Python and JavaScript • Excellent written communication skills • Independence, motivation, and desire for practice ownership
