📋 Description

• Manage the delivery of complex immigration services • Utilize technical legal expertise of U.S. business immigration law • Prepare, review, and submit non-immigrant and immigrant applications • Manage client deliverables and expectations • Facilitate the legal movement of employees across borders • Manage law clerks and client service team members • Continually evaluate and enhance client service delivery best practices

🎯 Requirements

• A JD along with admission to any U.S. state bar • Practical knowledge of U.S. immigration • Excellent managerial, organizational, and communication skills • Ability to provide technical legal expertise and strategic business solutions • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Ability to multi-task and take on a variety of projects • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism
