📋 Description

• Execute delivery of banking technology projects, including data migration, cloud migration, data strategy, and modernization of data platforms and core banking systems • Effective management of client stakeholders, understanding their key objectives, and developing solutions to address their core challenges • Manage project tasks, timelines, and deliverables to ensure high-quality outcomes • Own and drive work streams and deliverables, ensuring accountability and end-to-end execution • Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations to support project delivery • Work closely with senior managers and directors to support solution development and project planning • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in banking technology and platforms

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, engineering, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred • 5+ years of experience delivering projects through strategy, design, build, test, and delivery • At least 3 years’ experience in consulting, ideally in financial services and banking • Ability to work with diverse teams, including software vendors and sub-contractors, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment • Hands on experience in core banking modernization, data and technology integration, cloud migration and other related technology initiatives • Consulting and banking experience, ideally including banking technology implementations • Experience with Agile methodology, business and IT architecture, and core banking software (e.g., Infosys Finacle, Temenos, Thought Machine) • Commercial and retail banking expertise, technology transformation strategy, planning, and delivery • Knowledge of complex ecosystems, application integration architecture, data architecture, and delivery governance
