• Driving transformation initiatives that align with the future service delivery model • Leading the development and deployment of advanced analytics platforms and workforce reporting capabilities • Overseeing change management strategies to support technology adoption and process integration • Managing inter-divisional partnerships, and contributing to policy and program development • Championing continuous improvement, innovation, and best practices in workforce analytics and reporting
• Degree in Business or Public Administration (or equivalent experience and education) • Extensive experience leading business transformation in large, complex organizations; HR transformation experience preferred • Expertise in business process reengineering, data reporting, analytics strategies, and systems integration • Experience with people analytics and HCM solutions (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, PeopleSoft) and intelligent business tools • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse teams in dynamic environments • Strong relationship-building skills with employees, unions, senior management, client divisions, and external stakeholders • Commitment to equity, diversity, and respectful workplaces aligned with Toronto Public Service values.
