📋 Description

• Collaborate with senior consultants to engage with clients, understand their needs, and establish strong client relationships. • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. Develop data-driven recommendations for clients. • Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and competitors to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients. • Prepare and deliver clear and concise reports, presentations, and documents to clients, effectively communicating findings and recommendations. • Assist in the planning, execution, and management of consulting projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. • Contribute to problem-solving sessions, brainstorming, and creative thinking to address client challenges effectively. • Facilitate workshops and meetings with clients to gather information, share findings, and collaborate on solutions. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and methodologies to enhance consulting skills and knowledge. • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams within the organization to leverage expertise and deliver holistic solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, economics, management, etc.). • 2+ years of experience in a consulting role or related field. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Proficiency in English, any additional languages are a plus. • Advanced in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word). • Nice to have French and/or German language skills.
