• Lead and oversee the end-to-end delivery of learning programs • Drive alignment to business priorities while ensuring high-quality execution • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and with external vendors
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Training and Development, or related discipline required • Experience working in Learning or a strong interest in developing a career in Learning • Strong program and project management skills • Intermediate to advance proficiency in learning systems and digital collaboration tools, including SuccessFactors, Miro, and Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
