• Conduct learning-needs analyses to identify skill gaps and performance goals • Define clear, measurable learning objectives and recommend evidence-based delivery methods (e-learning, blended, microlearning, etc.) • Collaborate with SMEs and convert existing materials into interactive e-learnings using Articulate and other software to tight deadlines • Create training modules, templates, and assessments aligned with Bloom’s Taxonomy, adult learning and accessibility standards • Design formative and summative assessments to support learning and measure training effectiveness • Integrate AI and automation to streamline content creation, review, and deployment • Partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to produce training content that is accurate, engaging, and results-oriented
• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or related field, or equivalent qualifications and experience • 3–5 years’ experience in instructional design and digital learning development • Portfolio of training developed with Articulate and other supporting software • Proven application of ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, and Bloom’s Taxonomy • Extensive experience of AI-assisted tools for efficiency and innovation in instructional design • Strong project management and communication skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
