📋 Description

• Support the sales team with technical skills and F5 solution knowledge • Achieve allocated sales targets and sell relevant F5 solutions in partnership with the Sales Account Manager • Act as a trusted adviser by understanding customers’ technical and business challenges • Articulate F5 product strategy, messaging, positioning, value proposition, and solutions • Provide technical expertise through sales presentations, solution designs, demonstrations, and proofs of concept • Determine opportunity viability and map organizational structures • Drive the sales process by identifying technical decision-makers and securing technical validation and sponsorship • Provide world-class customer service throughout the customer lifecycle • Collaborate with internal technical, sales, product management, engineering, and marketing teams • Serve as technical expert and trusted advisor for F5 Distributed Cloud solutions • Provide expertise in Web Application and API security • Lead complex sales cycles and coordinate stakeholders • Mentor and guide junior sales engineers • Travel 20–30%

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of related industry experience • BS/BA or equivalent work experience • Experience with F5 Products, including BIG-IP (LTM, GTM/DNS, APM, SSLO, and ASM/AWAF), NGINX, and F5 SaaS (Distributed Cloud) services • Advanced knowledge of ADCs and TCP/IP networking • Experience with F5 iRules and other customizations • Advanced F5 solution knowledge • Familiarity/experience with F5 or similar industry solution deployment is a plus • Relevant certifications are a plus • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills required • Ability to collaborate and thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment • Ability to operate with high autonomy and set priorities for self and others
