📋 Description

• Conduct 4–6 virtual member meetings per day, motivating members to take action on recommendations that are in their absolute best interest. • Rapidly build trust and credibility in a remote setting, fostering long-term relationships through a consistent, high-quality experience. • Emphasize the importance of integrated solutions—including investments—as a part of a holistic life plan. • Partner with our Trading and Investment Ops teams to manage portfolios and tax strategies, while providing feedback to help improve our proprietary planning tools. • Efficiently manage your calendar and time to provide an organized experience for your members while staying adaptable to the fast-paced energy of a scaling firm.

🎯 Requirements

• CFP® Designation (Required) • 3+ years of member-facing financial planning experience. • Exceptional written communication and typing skills (speed and accuracy are key). • Exceptional time and calendar management skills—this is the primary driver of success at Facet. • Flexibility to accommodate member meetings 2 nights per week. • Reside in the US (MST or PST time zones preferred).
