📋 Description

• Support research, data synthesis, stakeholder engagement, and development of strategic plans • Help design new programs and services, including implementation plans, evaluation strategies, and budgets • Research funding opportunities and support grant applications, proposals, and other funding submissions • Support workforce planning, organizational design, staffing, compensation, and employee engagement projects • Support recruitment projects, including position development, candidate sourcing and screening, and interview coordination • Support credentialing, privileging, payer enrollment, and related process improvement projects • Coordinate Enhanced Care Management (ECM) and other care delivery and implementation initiatives • Gather and analyze information to identify needs, opportunities, trends, and potential solutions • Track timelines, deliverables, decisions, and next steps to keep projects moving forward • Develop clear, accurate, and polished reports, presentations, analyses, and other client materials • Flex across teams and project types, stepping in where needed and building new skills • Support proposals, research, and other initiatives contributing to Facktor’s growth • Demonstrate and uphold the firm’s core values in interactions with clients and colleagues • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare, such as human resources, development, fundraising, training, policy, program design, or compliance (or similar) • Bachelor's degree in public health or health related field and/or Master's degree (MPH, MHA, MPA, or MBA) preferred • Intellectual curiosity and ability to learn quickly • Strong writing skills, including turning complex information into clear, concise, organized, audience-appropriate writing • Analytical thinking and ability to use evidence to develop recommendations • Research skills, including finding credible information and synthesizing findings • Ability to manage multiple priorities, details, and deadlines • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Learning agility and willingness to develop new skills • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to determine a path forward • Problem-solving ability • Ability to collaborate with different personalities and areas of expertise • Professional and confident communication with colleagues and clients • Ownership, proactive communication, and judgment about when to ask for help • Growth mindset and openness to feedback • Mission orientation toward supporting the health center movement • Flexibility to work across time zones as needed to support clients and colleagues nationally • Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time • Ability to work an average of 40–45 hours per week, with flexibility during peak deadline periods
