📋 Description

• Review and analyze contracts for influencer agreements, brand collaborations, and sponsorships • Ensure legal compliance and protect the interests of clients and the company • Draft and modify contract templates • Maintain contract records and proper documentation • Collaborate with Talent Managers, creators, clients, brand partners, and internal teams on legal matters • Help identify issues, ask questions, and find practical solutions to keep deals moving

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Political Science, Business Administration, or a related field • Paralegal certification or relevant legal education • Strong knowledge of contract law • Experience in contract review • Excellent attention to detail • Ability to work under deadlines • Experience in entertainment, marketing, or influencer management is a plus
