📋 Description

• Design campaign visuals, promotional materials, CRM, in-product, paid, and out-of-home work across the Casino mix • Design push, email, in-app messaging, content cards, bottom sheets, promo cards, details pages, paid social, OOH, and video • Take briefs from concept through final, specification-correct delivery • Build and improve components, templates, and usage guidance in the design system • Collaborate with creatives, motion designers, and creative operations on shared projects • Hand off clean files with correct naming, sensible versioning, and accessible layers • Incorporate legal, regulatory, and responsible gaming requirements from the beginning • Learn the brand and design system, ship live work across all channels, and propose an improvement to the design process during the first 90 days

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in a design role in an agency or in-house studio • Portfolio strong across digital and campaign design, showing conceptual pieces and high-volume work • Expert-level Figma • Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign • Excellent typography, hierarchy, and layout skills, including at small sizes or in busy social feeds • Ability to work quickly and accurately • Ability to take direction, sharpen the work, and keep moving • Bonus: iGaming, sports betting, or entertainment experience • Bonus: High-volume CRM or lifecycle design experience • Bonus: Motion or 3D capability
