📋 Description

• Own training and professional learning execution for a portfolio of client schools across assigned software products • Adapt core session materials to each school’s specific goals, culture, and context • Deliver practical, pedagogically sound technology integration training • Build trusted relationships with school leaders and educators and recommend appropriate learning pathways • Identify opportunities for additional software solutions, professional services, or extended training, partnering with Sales and Customer Success • Collaborate on regional webinar strategy and deliver interactive online sessions • Publish thought leadership content such as blog posts and guides • Integrate personal pedagogical expertise into regional training and thought leadership initiatives • Use session feedback and participant insights to refine facilitation techniques and improve regional training decks • Partner with regional peers, Sales, Client Experience, and Project Managers on cohesive account strategies • Contribute insights and best practices to internal team events and professional learning communities

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience with significant background in education or edtech • Demonstrated ability to quickly master complex software platforms • Proven experience designing, tailoring, and facilitating professional learning for adult learners across virtual and on-site settings • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and modern educational pedagogy • Excellent relationship-building and account leadership skills • Ability to work autonomously within a distributed regional team, effectively managing priorities across multiple client accounts • Willingness and ability to travel regularly for client deliveries and team events (approx. 40–50% travel annually) • 5+ years of educational facilitation or training experience (desirable) • Experience mentoring colleagues or leading professional learning communities (desirable) • Background in authoring articles, blogs, or delivering public webinars (desirable) • Deep knowledge in a specialized educational field, such as AI in education, inquiry-based learning, or assessment design (desirable) • Fluency in an additional language relevant to your operating region (desirable)
