• Own medium-complexity tickets end-to-end—from scoping to deployment • Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to build user-focused solutions • Participate in grooming, clarify requirements, and surface technical tradeoffs • Deliver clean, maintainable, well-tested code • Follow PR guidelines, document context, and address reviewer feedback proactively • Debug and resolve issues across multiple layers of the stack • Conduct peer code reviews and uplift junior engineers’ work • Validate releases, coordinate notes, and troubleshoot production issues when needed • Pair program, answer questions, and guide Associate Engineers • Help strengthen team processes and propose workflow improvements
• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience • Strong experience with JavaScript/React and Python (or equivalent full-stack experience) • Familiarity with Git-based workflows and async collaboration tools (Jira, Slack, Confluence) • Experience writing tests and debugging web applications • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience building B2B or SaaS products • Knowledge of QA best practices or test automation • Prior mentorship or technical leadership exposure • Experience with CI/CD, cloud environments, or infrastructure tools (AWS, Docker, GitHub Actions)
