📋 Description

• Shape Fastmarkets’ price-reporting-agency strategy for critical minerals • Produce high-value strategic content, including market reporting, in-depth analysis, interviews and commentary • Expand Fastmarkets’ presence and reputation in growth areas • Identify opportunities for new price launches and product development, including specifications, methodology and data submission pools • Build relationships with policymakers, regulators, public-sector stakeholders and market participants while maintaining editorial independence • Plan market engagement and strengthen stakeholder relationships • Produce, coordinate and edit strategic content across markets • Share knowledge, guide and mentor reporters, and provide strategic and functional direction • Assess and approve prices to help ensure compliance with Fastmarkets’ and regulatory standards • Align strategic content with marketing and customer-facing channels, events, presentations and meetings • Represent Fastmarkets as a brand ambassador at internal and external events, including speaking and panel moderation • Raise Fastmarkets’ profile through external channels, including social media • Report to the Editorial Director • Partner with editors, reporters, Editorial Enablement, Events, Marketing, Product, Research, and Editorial and Pricing Enablement teams

• Strong expertise in critical minerals • Experience working in a price-reporting agency (PRA) and/or commodity markets • Excellent journalism and editing skills • Strong network of contacts and credible, relevant industry relationships • Demonstrated ability to collaborate, share expertise, mentor junior colleagues and build strong working relationships across teams • Strong understanding of pricing, price discovery and methodology • Ability to contribute to benchmark development and market engagement • Ability to operate effectively at senior levels within a matrix management structure and externally with market participants and stakeholders • Strong strategic thinking and ability to identify market opportunities, emerging trends and areas for growth • Excellent analytical skills • Sound commercial awareness and ability to connect editorial and pricing activity to broader business priorities • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across editorial, product, events, marketing, research and commercial teams • Strong project management and organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities • Adaptability and resilience • Strong influencing skills, including leading through expertise and credibility without direct reporting lines • Excellent communication skills and ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively • High levels of integrity, sound judgement and commitment to ethical decision-making • Comfortable working flexibly in a fast-paced, global, matrixed organisation • Open-minded, curious, resilient and solutions-oriented
