🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an HR leadership role, preferably in a scaling tech startup environment • Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing teams • Exceptional recruiting and people experience • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices • Adaptable problem solver • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
