📋 Description

• Maintenance and advancement of a patent, trademark, and copyright portfolio • Administration of a global regulatory compliance program • Supporting management of an intellectual property portfolio • Build strong relationships with internal business clients • Provide practical advice to help the company achieve its business goals

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree and excellent academic credentials • Licensed to practice law and in good standing in any U.S. jurisdiction • At least five years of relevant experience and a strong track record of success either in-house or at a law firm • Industry and legal knowledge relevant to development, licensing, and operation of analytic software products • Experience with patent prosecution and harvesting • Regulatory compliance experience in one or more specified areas • Strong analytical and writing skills • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects
