📋 Description

• Architect and deploy machine learning models that turn raw construction site captures into actionable intelligence • Develop AI-driven solutions providing data-rich insights for jobsite understanding and collaboration • Build and optimize high-performance ML pipelines to scale the platform’s capabilities • Apply machine learning frameworks to develop robust AI solutions • Use and adapt VLMs, LLMs, generative AI, RAG architectures, and agents for construction site challenges • Lead data curation and rigorous data quality assessments for continuous, automated model updates and improvements • Collaborate within an agile, multifaceted team to deploy solutions in a cloud environment • Own assigned components from conception through production deployment and monitoring

🎯 Requirements

• Proven technical expertise demonstrated through a portfolio of built and deployed AI/ML solutions or products • Strong background in Computer Vision, Core Deep Learning, and Neural Architectures • Experience developing and deploying advanced vision models for detection, segmentation, and classification • Ability to integrate and align vision, language, and other sensor data • Familiarity with 3D scene understanding, reconstruction, or geometry-based AI techniques • Proficiency in modern deep learning frameworks and production-grade programming • Experience optimizing models for performance and efficiency, particularly in resource-constrained environments • Understanding of deployment pipelines and model optimization for diverse hardware targets • MSc or Ph.D. in a related technical discipline is stated as ideal, not required
