📋 Description

• Own end-to-end content for assigned projects, from learning design through production, quality review, and LMS delivery • Design structured learning paths, courses, and certification programs for beginner-to-advanced learners • Apply instructional design principles such as ADDIE and Bloom's Taxonomy • Manage SME relationships and coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success • Maintain production cadence through scripting, media production, review cycles, and publishing • Own pedagogical quality, tone consistency, and learner feedback integration • Contribute to instructor-led training development through storyboards, delivery scripts, and alignment with on-demand content • Participate in cross-lane harmonization of style guides, tone/quality standards, and templates • Track and report metrics including module releases, completion rates, learner satisfaction, and content validation • Leverage AI tools and methodologies to improve content production and workflow efficiency • Contribute to team-wide documentation and workflow practices • Collaborate with Marketing on content launches and Academy positioning • Report directly to the Director of Content Management

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in instructional design, technical content creation, or a related field in a B2B SaaS environment • Demonstrated ability to own content end-to-end, from concept and design through production and delivery, without heavy process scaffolding • Strong instructional design foundation focused on structuring learning for outcomes • Experience managing multimedia production workflows, including video, interactive content, and visual design • Ability to engage directly with subject matter experts and translate technical depth into learner-accessible content • Strong organization and project management skills • Proficiency with modern content and LMS tools such as Camtasia, Articulate, Notion, or similar • Comfortable working in a remote, async-first environment • Autonomy, ownership, and team spirit • Experience in cybersecurity, open-source, or technical SaaS environments (bonus) • Familiarity with AI-assisted content production workflows (bonus)
