📋 Description

• Provide leadership, strategic direction, and technical guidance to the operations team and internal network • Serve as a subject-matter expert on manufactured-home closings and real property conversions across all 50 states • Provide prompt, accurate support via phone, email, and instant messaging • Resolve pre- and post-closing manufactured-home inquiries, concerns, and escalated issues • Research complex problems using internal systems and regulatory resources • Oversee the manufactured-home real property conversion pipeline and streamline workflows • Guide stakeholders through the complete conversion process while following timelines and procedures • Monitor state, federal, and agency compliance regulations and advise leadership on process adjustments • Train, mentor, and develop analysts responsible for pipeline oversight • Manage hiring, performance evaluations, coaching, promotions, and disciplinary actions • Partner with leadership on job descriptions, training curricula, and operational strategies • Analyze Encompass and other reporting-platform data to identify operational trends • Communicate actionable insights to leadership, team members, and internal and external partners • Lead and support special departmental projects as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of mortgage industry experience • Minimum of 4 years of specialized experience in manufactured housing processing or title work • Comprehensive understanding of manufactured-home de-titling and real-property conversion processes across all 50 states • Deep knowledge of the real estate title process • Understanding of the mortgage lifecycle from application to funding • Knowledge of required loan file documentation • Familiarity with state and federal real estate lending regulations • Proficiency with the Encompass loan origination system
