• Responsible for closing FHA Reverse Mortgage loans, ensuring compliance with established policies, regulatory requirements, and loan terms • Prepares loan for Closing, including ensuring that all items on Closing checklist have been met • Ensures all fields in ReverseVision are complete and accurate prior to closing • Re-discloses loans in compliance with all RESPA/TILA requirements • Understands and evaluates the closing packages for accuracy • Has the ability to close a minimum number of 120 loans per month • Meets productivity standards as set by the company • Follow up and ensure that all trailing documents have been obtained prior to shipping • Attends and participates in regular and ad hoc departmental meetings • Follows the Company standards for delivery of integrity, client focus, teamwork and respect for each individual in every interaction • Exhibits observable sense of urgency in the execution of all job functions and duties • Meets or exceeds levels of Customer Service delivery established by the Company • Performs other duties as assigned.
• At least 3 years of experience in mortgage banking, loan processing, or closing • Familiarity with various loan programs, as well as compliance regulations • Prior experience working with Loan Origination Systems • Proficiency with Microsoft Office • Current knowledge of industry guidelines and procedures as well as federal, state and local regulations • Analytical skills • Detail oriented • Highly organized • Multi-tasking and prioritization skills necessary • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under time constraints • Ability to organize and coordinate projects • Excellent customer service skills • Ability to adapt to change quickly • Strong interpersonal skills and must be a team player.
