📋 Description

• Foster positive relationships with borrowers over the phone while delivering exceptional service • Handle inbound and outbound calls for new and existing customers • Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally • Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products and services • Facilitate warm handoffs to the sales team • Maintain an in-depth understanding of company products and services • Address objections effectively • Accurately document customer information and interactions in the system • Triage complex issues and escalate them to supervisors or other departments • Adapt to call scenarios outside standard scripts using critical thinking • Perform other assigned duties and responsibilities • Report to the Director, Customer Service

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a call center environment • Sales experience preferred • Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to handle objections and think critically in real time • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills in a fast-paced setting • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor during difficult conversations • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook preferred but not required) • Quick learner with a high aptitude for adapting to new technologies and tools • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness • Ability and willingness to work Saturday • Monday–Friday availability as late as 6:00 PM Pacific Time
