📋 Description

• Leads and directs the operation of the mortgage loan closing teams • Ensures process and document accuracy and completion, proper funds disbursement • Develops and coordinates a closing schedule • Supervises preparation of loan documents and disbursement of funds • Develops and maintains departmental policies and operational procedures • Manages staff to accomplish results through recruitment, training, development, and recognition

🎯 Requirements

• Requires 5+ years of related progressive experience in mortgage closing • Requires 3-5 years of mortgage closing, funding, or lending experience • Requires extensive knowledge of Fannie-Mae, Freddie Mac, VHA, VA, USDA Rural Housing Service agency guidelines • Requires knowledge of TILA-RESPA Information Disclosure (TRID) • Knowledge of management principles and techniques with business and leadership skills • Experience developing and implementing staff training programs • Proficiency in MS Office Suite • Experience in ReverseVision is preferred
