📋 Description
• Oversee month-end closing and all key accounting-related activities for clients • Accurate and timely circulation of financial management reports • Cash Flow projection and communicating cash position to clients • Financial package creation and reconciliation of transactions • Inventory management • Reconciliation of bank and credit card statements • Manage Accounts Receivable and Payables • Payroll management for clients
🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years of experience in full cycle accounting • 2+ years of experience in a multi-client or consulting role • Advanced in QBO and Xero • Experience with e-commerce is a big plus (Shopify, PayPal, Bill.com,etc) • Firm grasp of accounting principles • Excellent analytical and communication skills • Proactive and team-centric attitude
