📋 Description

• Open insurance claims and manage communication with carriers • Request, track, and follow up on medical records and police reports • Monitor lien and subrogation issues, ensuring timely resolution • Partner with lead paralegals to prepare cases for demand drafting • Identify and fix operational bottlenecks • Ensure cases move forward quickly and comprehensively • Handle the operational aspects of pre-litigation, including claim opening, medical records, police reports, lien management, and demands

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in personal injury (PI) law, legal operations, case management, or claims handling • Process-driven and detail-oriented • Effective communication with both clients and attorneys • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments • Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred, not required • Currently eligible to work in the United States without restriction • Must not require visa sponsorship to continue working in the United States
