📋 Description
• Open insurance claims and manage communication with carriers • Request, track, and follow up on medical records and police reports • Monitor lien and subrogation issues, ensuring timely resolution • Partner with lead paralegals to prepare cases for demand drafting • Identify and fix operational bottleneck.
🎯 Requirements
• Have 2+ years in legal operations, case management, or claims handling • Are process-driven and detail-oriented • Communicate effectively with both clients and attorneys • Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments • Are bilingual in Spanish/English (preferred, not required) • Have experience handling personal injury cases in Illinois or Ohio
