📋 Description

• Design and implement elegant user-centric solutions alongside PMs and designers. • Work with autonomy on large projects critical to our roadmap, aiming for simplicity and effectiveness. • Write clean, well-tested and maintainable code. • Foster an environment of rapid iteration and feedback, contributing to a culture that values innovation, learning, and impact.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience • Strong background in a startup environment building web applications. • Expert proficiency in Rails and React. • Experience with Node.js is preferred. • Quick learner, able to adapt to our codebase quickly. • Strong communicator, able to articulate ideas and collaborate effectively, avoiding ambiguities and misunderstandings.
