📋 Description

• Translate business initiatives into epics, features, and user stories • Write detailed, development-ready acceptance criteria • Document business rules, functional requirements, risks, and success metrics • Map customer journeys and operational workflows to identify improvements • Partner with Product, Engineering, UX, and business stakeholders • Support intake and prioritization by assessing impact and value • Ensure teams receive complete, actionable requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Analyst • Direct experience supporting B2B or B2C eCommerce platforms • Strong understanding of: Product detail pages, Search and navigation, Cart, checkout, and quoting flows, Inventory visibility, Order lifecycle, Account dashboards and self-service features • Proven experience writing: Epics, Features, User stories, Acceptance criteria • Ability to translate business needs into structured, development-ready requirements • Strong ability to map customer journeys and operational workflows • Experience identifying pain points and recommending improvements • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments • Proven ability to act as liaison between business and engineering teams
