📋 Description

• As a (Senior) Key Account Manager you will manage a B2B customer portfolio both strategically and operationally, build trusting relationships, and identify opportunities for the successful development of partnerships. • You are responsible for the long-term management and renewal of existing business relationships and work closely with teams such as Sales, Operations, Product and Finance. In doing so, you directly contribute to growth, customer satisfaction and the success of our mobility solutions. • We are currently hiring this role in two areas — Mid-Market and JobAuto. Both roles are similar at their core but differ in target customers, task focus and growth levers. During the interview process we will determine together which area best fits your profile and experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in customer management or customer consulting. Ideally you also have experience in Sales, Customer Success or (Key) Account Management. • You are a strong communicator and persuade stakeholders at different levels with excellent argumentation and networking skills. • Your entrepreneurial mindset makes you a trusted point of contact who develops solutions together with prospective customers. • You are structured and challenge existing processes. • You are fluent in German and proficient in English.
