📋 Description

• Lead and execute a wide range of client projects within an integrated content marketing system • Collaborate with writers, art directors, project managers, and strategists to develop and execute multi-channel creative concepts • Interrogate briefs, identify sharp insights, and ensure creative ideas support client objectives • Concept, write, and copyedit websites, social media, email, video storyboards, sales collateral, presentations, infographics/data visualizations, brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and content strategies • Partner strategically with the Creative Director and step into an elevated creative leadership role when needed • Ensure cohesive brand voice across complex systems of business units • Develop fresh content within existing templates and approaches while pitching bold new ideas • Lead multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining quality standards • Present work with confidence, clarity, and strong rationale • Maintain collaborative team connections while working independently and proactively

🎯 Requirements

• A portfolio demonstrating copywriting, editing, and strategic thinking across long- and short-form work • ACD-level experience leading work within a creative department, at an agency or in-house at a financial brand • Experience working in an advertising agency • Experience in financial services, including wealth management, banking, or fintech • Ability to shape messaging frameworks and define positioning • Ability to connect creative output to business and audience objectives • Proficiency with Google Docs/Drive, Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Word/PowerPoint, Box, and Figma • References who can attest to copywriting, editing, and leadership skills • Pacific time zone preferred for team collaboration hours • Resume including a portfolio link, cover letter, and desired salary in USD
