📋 Description

• Define and drive product strategy and vision with clear objectives and long-term vision • Own and communicate product vision • Guide creation of product roadmaps balancing Agile development flexibility with long-term planning • Establish product priorities and oversee workflow, meetings, and product feedback processes • Craft KPIs and milestones for teams and products • Lead, mentor, and inspire product leaders • Resolve dependencies and project blockers across teams and functional groups • Invest in team professional growth through development opportunities and constructive feedback • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to achieve product delivery and quality goals • Ensure product quality and reliability before customer release • Oversee testing strategies and gather user feedback for improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software/technology Product Management experience • Equivalent experience in strategic marketing, business management, or other related technology functions is acceptable • Successful track record of building and leading high performing Product teams • Successful track record in software/technology product management and delivering features in an iterative and fast-paced environment • Superior interpersonal and communication skills bridging business and engineering teams • Strong technical background or understanding of software development processes • Ability to use data to gain product insights, validate risk, and demonstrate risks and insights meaningfully
