📋 Description

• Independently oversee multiple medium to large-scale complex projects • Coordinate project deliverables, plans, and status reports • Identify appropriate resources and coordinate schedules for timely project completion • Create project plans covering goals, strategy, staffing, schedules, risks, contingency plans, budgets, and resource allocation • Facilitate status and milestone meetings with cross-functional groups • Monitor and control project risks to achieve expected outcomes on time and on budget • Work with end users, business technologies, and other stakeholders to prioritize business goals and information needs • Monitor project budgets, cost estimates, and forecasts • Prepare project status reports and inform teams, management, and clients of project status and issues • Perform duties outside normal work hours based on business needs

🎯 Requirements

• 4-7 years of directly related experience • Mortgage servicing knowledge preferred • CSM (Certified Scrum Master) preferred • Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Certification preferred • Knowledge of project management best practices and current technologies • Experience with project management methodologies and techniques • Experience with applicable business processes in a business and/or technology environment • Experience with planning, coordinating, and administering projects • Experience with risk management • Experience with managing multiple projects or large projects • Experience with managing project plans and budgets • Experience with facilitating meetings • Good verbal and written communication skills sufficient to create project plans and other project documentation • Knowledge of communication, statusing, and Project Management tools • Successful completion of a background check and credit check as a condition of employment, where permitted by applicable law
