📋 Description

• Manage, plan, and lead growth strategies for assigned client relationships to increase account penetration with a long-term, multi-year focus • Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth within your assigned portfolio • Serve as the primary liaison between your clients and FIS, ensuring alignment with client strategy and expectations

🎯 Requirements

• General knowledge of retirement solutions and/or retirement technology, including systems, applications, and plan administration practices • Expert negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to communicate ideas clearly and professionally to all audiences, including executive leadership • Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities • Analytical skills to assess client business needs and requirements • Ability to remain composed under pressure
