📋 Description

• Responsible for executing builder sales strategy in conjunction with your Sales Manager • Develops and executes sales plans to win in the marketplace • Works with builder distributors, dealers, developers and/or builders to grow sales volume • Coordinates pricing, creates presentations, quotes & negotiates final sales terms • Manages all aspects of large project business • Build strong relationships with appropriate associations • Execute sales plans to grow builder sales volume through designer and architect channels

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years sales experience in working with the builder or designer community • In-Depth knowledge of builder business • Ability to work weekends or evening events as needed • Excellent Presentation skills • Comprehensive brand strategy and marketing knowledge • Comprehensive Architect/Design knowledge • Strong business acumen • Strong Customer focus • Effective communication skills • Able to negotiate
