📋 Description

• Support J.W. Pepper customers on products and services through phone, email, and chat • Address customer questions and concerns • Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner • Work without a script while maintaining call control • Identify customer needs, clarify information, research, and provide solutions or alternatives • Access company and client resources to handle calls accurately • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities • Support customer satisfaction and maintain quality • Switch between tasks and multitask across multiple systems • Successfully complete all training sessions • Communicate with patience and understanding to build rapport • Maintain positive and professional customer interactions • Maintain punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times • Maintain confidentiality and security according to Five Star Solutions policies • Cross-train as requested and perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year of customer service or customer support experience • 1 year of previous call center or office background experience required • A high school diploma or GED is preferred • Technical savvy, including toggling between multiple browsers and systems using dual monitors • Previous experience using Outlook, Word, and Excel preferred • Knowledge of CRM systems a plus • Previous remote work-from-home experience a plus • Quick learner and able to work independently • Strong phone and verbal communication skills with active listening • Must be at least 18 years of age • Background check and drug screen required, applicable with state and federal laws • Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English • Must reside in AL, GA, ID, IA, IN, KS, LA, MI, MS, NV, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TX, TN, UT, VA, WV, WI, or WY • Verified secure, reliable, dedicated high-speed internet service required • Established dedicated work area required, including desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection • Ability to sit regularly and use hands to feel, handle, and control objects • Ability to reach, stoop, kneel, or crouch occasionally • Ability to lift and/or carry loads up to 30 lbs occasionally • Standard vision and hearing abilities required

🏖️ Benefits
