📋 Description

• Use your expertise to explain the challenges and skillsets of your job. • Explain what excellence looks like in your profession. • Design questions related to your occupation as a Labor Relations Specialist. • Negotiate collective bargaining agreements. • Investigate and evaluate union complaints or arguments to determine viability. • Propose resolutions for collective bargaining or other labor or contract negotiations. • Draft contract proposals or counter-proposals for collective bargaining or other labor negotiations. • Interpret contractual agreements for employers and employees engaged in collective bargaining or other labor relations processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Have 5+ years full-time work experience in Other Services (except Public Administration). • Native-level English skills • U.S. residency • Access to a laptop or desktop computer and reliable internet. • Availability for at least 10 hours per week during the 3- to 4-week engagement (work is fully asynchronous and on your own schedule).

🏖️ Benefits

• Hourly pay: $48 – $148, commensurate with experience and project fit. • Hourly rate may be higher for exception candidates • Paid weekly via Fixpoint, based on approved hours. • You will be classified as 1099 independent-contractor status; engagement is at-will. • Entirely remote; work whenever you like as long as deadlines are met.
