📋 Description

• Manage corporate banking loan relationships of all levels of complexity • Generate new business and relationships • Responsible for origination, negotiation, structuring, pricing, underwriting, and closing of loans • Manage a complex Corporate loan portfolio ensuring the highest loan quality for the organization • Collaborate with portfolio managers to ensure pro-active monitoring of the credit quality • Engage with borrowers on idea generation and relevant opportunities to expand relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) in business, finance or related field • 10+ Years of experience as a Corporate Banker • Securities licenses • Expert knowledge of commercial lending credit, underwriting and loan structuring skills • Expert analytical skills to understand financial and cash flow analyses • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including; Word and Excel.
