📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery for existing product releases and new product offerings • Define program roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics aligned with organizational goals • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across product management, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success • Serve as the key communication hub for program-related activities • Align program goals with the company’s strategic vision • Identify dependencies and synergies across the product portfolio • Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues • Develop contingency plans and adapt program strategies to ensure timely, high-quality delivery • Provide stakeholders and executives with updates on progress, risks, and milestones • Ensure transparency and clarity in program status and decision-making • Apply program management best practices to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement • Contribute to learning and collaboration among program managers

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of program management experience • At least 3 years managing cross-functional initiatives in a software or technology-focused organization • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complexity and ambiguity • Proven expertise building and managing program roadmaps and timelines • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and modern product development practices • Technical literacy across AI/GenAI systems, data, and platform architecture • Experience with Web Applications, Go, Ruby, JavaScript, React, microservice architectures, AWS, and MS Azure is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field • Proficiency in program management tools such as JIRA and Confluence • Proficiency in productivity tools such as Microsoft Office
