📋 Description

• Find external freelance videographers and editors, building a reliable external roster you can call on consistently • Establish and maintain a stable weekly production cycle • Work with the internal writers team on scripts • Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Manager on generating ad concepts • Oversee all filming by external videographers and, when needed, by the internal team • Oversee all editing by external editors, reviewing cuts in detail and giving feedback

🎯 Requirements

• You can work within GMT+2 (±2 hours) to ensure smooth collaboration with the team • 3+ years in a creative or content production role, ideally with experience producing paid ad content • Deep working knowledge of video production: you can speak with videographers about framing, lighting, and shot composition, as well as with editors about pacing and cuts • Proven track record managing freelance videographers and editors end to end, from first contact to final delivery • Genuine interest in tech products and content around them
