📋 Description

• Reach out to patients, parents, and caregivers who qualify to introduce them to Flourish Health’s mental health services • Screen potential patients for eligibility and navigate challenging conversations • Schedule appointments with patients and caregivers with the Flourish Clinical Team • Complete follow-up phone calls to ensure patient readiness and understanding of services • Reschedule consultations as necessary while accommodating patients’ schedules • Help families understand their needs and operationalize workflows to get children access to care quickly • Communicate effectively and empathetically with families before enrollment

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent listening skills and an empathetic demeanor • Strong attention to detail • Previous experience in patient or customer relations, preferably within the healthcare industry • Must be 18 years or older • Monday-Friday schedule with 1-2 evenings per week required
